Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.

Ensure the developed applications are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.

Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Continuously evaluate and improve existing software solutions to enhance performance and user experience.

Proficiency in Program Control Services.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.

Experience in application design and configuration to meet diverse business needs.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices for application deployment.

Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Program Control Services.

This position is based at our Chennai office.
