Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify project requirements.

Assist in documenting and validating software specifications to ensure alignment with business goals.

Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.

Strong analytical skills to interpret and translate business needs into technical specifications.

Experience with requirement elicitation techniques such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Competence in using tools for requirement management and documentation.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.

This position is based at our Chennai office.
