You will engage in problem-solving activities, contribute to key decisions, and provide expert guidance to your colleagues, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in application development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Automation Architecture.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Experience with cloud-based automation tools and frameworks.
- Ability to design scalable and efficient automation solutions.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.

- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Automation Architecture.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
