Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Gen AI Hub.

Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.

Familiarity with integration of custom solutions within enterprise environments.

Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing software components.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business value.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Gen AI Hub.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
