Build or enhance applications using various programming languages and development tools.
Design and implement quality, scalable, and secure APIs delivering business value.
Provide expertise on API technologies and ensure builds are kept green.
Raise capability and standards within the team through pairing, peer reviews, and constructive feedback.
Advise Product Owners on identifying and managing risks, debt, issues, and opportunities for technical improvement.
Support the recruitment of developers across the department.
Participate in strategic projects implementing new features, enhancements, and additional systems.
Handle Change Requests by assessing impact, solutioning, testing, and delivering them.
Perform day-to-day operational tasks including incident management, process housekeeping, managing mass loads, and supporting HR Operations.
Participate in release management assessing and testing new features.
Advise and challenge the business on Workday and other technology solutions within our areas of expertise.
Work agile in Scrum teams.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4-6 years of experience in building applications on the .NET stack.
Hands-on experience in developing scalable and robust RESTful APIs.
Experience with frontend frameworks such as Vue and React.
Deep knowledge of REST/SOAP and microservices design & development - Azure Microservices.
Any database knowledge: NoSQL, MongoDB, etc.
Experience on Microsoft Azure App Services and DevOps.
Containerized Deployment Docker, Kubernetes.
Knowledge of Cache based system and LLM models.
Experience with API Gateways and integrations.
Authentication standards and protocols (OAuth2).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline with GitHub.
Build effective unit and integration test cases using xUnit.
Follow OWASP security best practices.
Experience working in a cloud environment (Azure).
Strong experience using Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) approaches and tooling.
Good understanding of UX & UI principles and ability to apply them while building solutions.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
Workday experience with a good command of HR Core, Compensation, Benefits and/or Recruitment modules.
Good understanding of the Workday HCM data model, business processes, and security. If you have participated in a Workday implementation cycle, that's a plus.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong agile mindset with practical experience in Scrum and sprint-based delivery.
Strong communication skills to translate HR functional needs into technical requirements.
