Participate in strategic projects implementing new features, enhancements, and additional systems.
Handle Change Requests by assessing impact, solutioning, testing, and delivering results.
Perform day-to-day operational tasks including incident management, process housekeeping, managing mass loads, and supporting HR Operations.
Collaborate with Scrum teams to achieve project goals.
Advise and challenge the business on Workday and other technology solutions within expertise areas.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues using root cause analysis and implement scalable fixes.

Job Requirements

Strong command of HR Core, Compensation, Benefits, and/or Recruitment modules.
Proficiency in data analysis, problem identification, and implementing scalable fixes.
Experience streamlining workflows, reducing manual steps, and driving process efficiency.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Practical experience in agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
Ability to translate HR functional needs into technical requirements.
A growth mindset and willingness to step beyond Workday to support Maersk's digital goals.
Experience in global organizations and comfort working in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
