Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking charge of project efforts, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the development process aligns with organizational goals. The position serves as the main liaison for application-related activities, overseeing progress and addressing challenges to deliver effective software solutions. The role demands proactive engagement in planning, problem-solving, and guiding the team towards successful project completion.



Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the coordination of cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Continuously evaluate and improve application design and development processes to enhance efficiency and quality.



Professional Technical Skills:



Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse, Data Engineering, Data Building Tool.

Strong expertise in data warehousing concepts and architecture.

Experience in designing scalable and efficient data pipelines.

Ability to optimize data storage and retrieval for performance improvements.

Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and integration techniques.

Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex data-related issues.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
