Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to ensure timely delivery.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software solutions with business objectives.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.

Experience with distributed computing and big data processing frameworks.

Strong programming skills in languages commonly used with the platform, such as Python and Scala.

Familiarity with cloud-based data storage and processing services.

Ability to optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability.

Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
