Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.

Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of software solutions with business objectives.

Proficiency in Data Analytics.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.

Experience in designing and developing software applications that integrate data analytics components.

Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools to effectively communicate findings.

Ability to work with large volumes of data and ensure data quality and integrity throughout the software development lifecycle.

Skilled in problem-solving and troubleshooting within data-driven application environments.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Analytics.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
