Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project goals and deadlines.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of technical strategies and business objectives.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.

Experience in designing and implementing integration flows and APIs within cloud environments.

Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to troubleshoot and optimize integration processes for performance and reliability.

Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and microservices architecture.

Competence in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
