Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.

Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges that may impact timelines or deliverables.
Professional Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).

Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration techniques.

Experience in integrating business process requirements into technical solutions.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in custom application engineering.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
