Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks within project deliverables to ensure timely completion.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align software development with business objectives.
Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.

Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines within cloud environments.

Strong understanding of version control systems and automated testing frameworks.

Ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions using DevOps practices.

Familiarity with infrastructure as code and configuration management tools.

Competence in monitoring and optimizing application performance in cloud platforms.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
