Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and team productivity.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with business objectives.

Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.

Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Experience in designing and coding scalable software components using modern frameworks.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in software engineering.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
