Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables.

Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in software development.


Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.

Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and lifecycle management.

Experience with integrating custom solutions within enterprise resource planning environments.

Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance tuning of software components.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in software design and implementation.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
