Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to create effective software applications, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.

Roles Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Should be able to co-ordinate with clients and gather requirements and should be able to handle design, build, test and deployment. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development.

Professional Technical Skills: Must Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll. Candidate must have expertise in writing PCR and SCHEMA. Good to have EC Payroll experience. Expertise in at least 1 country specific payroll and Functional knowledge in multiple country specific payrolls. Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. Familiarity with agile project management tools and practices.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll. A 15 years full time education is required / BTech/ MBA HR. Ability to work across different shift as per the business requirement.
