Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the planning and execution of software development tasks to meet project goals.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Configurable Network Computing (CNC).

Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.

Familiarity with integration techniques and system architecture principles.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Configurable Network Computing (CNC).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
