Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the design and implementation of software architecture to ensure scalability and maintainability.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.

Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

Strong expertise in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions using Salesforce platform capabilities.

Experience in customizing Salesforce applications to meet complex business requirements.

Ability to integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications.

Familiarity with best practices in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing Salesforce environments for performance and reliability.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.Qualification 15 years full time education
