Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure alignment with project objectives.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to facilitate smooth project execution and timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Generative AI.

Experience with designing and implementing AI-driven software components that integrate seamlessly with existing systems.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to optimize algorithms for performance and scalability in complex software environments.

Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to AI and software engineering.

Capability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in AI-based applications.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Generative AI.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.Qualification 15 years full time education
