Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure alignment with project goals.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to facilitate smooth project execution and timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.

Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Experience in designing and implementing custom workflows and automation within ServiceNow platform.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IT service management solutions.

Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.

Skilled in performance tuning and optimization of ServiceNow applications to meet business needs.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
