Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in TrackWise Quality Management Software.

Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to design and implement scalable software solutions using modern frameworks.

Skilled in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software components.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated software products.

Familiarity with quality management principles and software compliance standards.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in TrackWise Quality Management Software.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
