Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.

Strong knowledge of integration design patterns and best practices within enterprise environments.

Experience with API development and management to facilitate seamless data exchange between systems.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues efficiently.

Familiarity with agile software development lifecycle and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
