The role includes coding and testing multiple parts of the software to ensure functionality and quality. Additionally, the position requires performing maintenance and implementing enhancements to improve existing systems, often collaborating with different stakeholders to meet project objectives and deliverables. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in PeopleSoft Administration.

Experience in managing PeopleSoft environments including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft architecture and its integration with other enterprise systems.

Ability to perform system upgrades, patches, and apply fixes in a controlled manner.

Skilled in monitoring system performance and optimizing PeopleSoft applications for reliability and efficiency.

Experience with database management and backup strategies related to PeopleSoft systems.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in PeopleSoft Administration.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
