Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the project environment. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Ariba.

Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.

Familiarity with integration techniques and working with APIs within enterprise environments.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Ariba.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
