Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment with project objectives.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.

Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Experience in designing and implementing custom software components using modern frameworks.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.

Familiarity with integration techniques and working with multiple system interfaces.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
