As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications function seamlessly within the existing infrastructure. You will also participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and continuously seek ways to enhance application performance and user experience. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of projects by delivering high-quality software solutions that align with business objectives.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Continuously evaluate and implement best practices in software development to improve efficiency and quality.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), C++ Programming Language.

Strong understanding of web development frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.

Experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like Angular or React.

Familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL or Oracle.

Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git, for effective collaboration.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
