Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.

Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of software development with business objectives.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.

Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.

Strong knowledge of back-end development including server-side programming and database management.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

Experience in integrating third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
