Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project objectives and deliverables.

Ensure timely delivery of software components while maintaining high standards of quality.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.

Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Experience in customizing and integrating SAP modules to meet business requirements.

Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.

Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance tuning of SAP applications.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and maintainable code.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
