Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve productivity and quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP HANA Technical Architecture.

Strong knowledge of database design, data modeling, and performance optimization within SAP HANA environments.

Experience with integration of SAP HANA with various enterprise applications and middleware.

Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.

Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

Competence in scripting and automation to streamline development and deployment processes.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP HANA Technical Architecture.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
