Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery of software components.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM).

Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Experience in designing and implementing custom software solutions within enterprise environments.

Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective technical designs.

Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to ensure seamless interoperability between software modules.

Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing software performance to meet quality standards.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
