Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and code quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables effectively.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in React.js, Multiplatform Front End Development React, Microsoft Front End Development (FED) NextJS.

Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and state management techniques.

Experience with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Ability to optimize front-end performance and troubleshoot complex issues.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in React.js.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
