Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Coordinate with stakeholders to align software development efforts with business objectives.



Professional Technical Skills:



Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.

Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.

Experience in customizing and configuring SAP FI modules to meet specific organizational requirements.

Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into effective software solutions.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies to support iterative development and continuous delivery.

Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting modules.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
