Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. The role requires working within dynamic project environments, applying modern development frameworks, and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of efficient and scalable applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align software capabilities with business objectives is a key aspect, alongside continuous refinement and optimization of existing software to meet evolving requirements.



Roles Responsibilities:
  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.



    Professional Technical Skills:



    Must To Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
  • Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
  • Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components using modern frameworks.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within integrated systems.
  • Familiarity with integration techniques and API development to connect diverse applications.
  • Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business-aligned software solutions.
  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
