Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project goals.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and deliverables effectively.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET.

Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.

Experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support front-end development.

Familiarity with database management and query languages to integrate backend services.

Ability to work with version control systems and continuous integration tools to maintain code quality.

Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies to deliver iterative improvements.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft ASP.NET.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
