Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure alignment with project goals.

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team to optimize development processes and outcomes.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.

Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.

Experience with modern software development methodologies including agile and iterative approaches.

Familiarity with application servers, web services, and middleware technologies.

Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards.

Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting complex software issues.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
