Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and delivery timelines.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.

Experience in designing and developing custom components using modern software development frameworks.

Strong understanding of agile methodologies and their application in software engineering projects.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within integrated systems.

Familiarity with software version control systems and continuous integration processes.

Skilled in optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
