Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Drive innovation by researching and integrating new technologies that support business objectives.

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).

Strong understanding of sales and distribution processes within enterprise resource planning systems.

Experience in customizing and configuring SAP SD modules to meet specific business requirements.

Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions.

Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP SD and other SAP modules or external systems.

Competence in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP SD functionalities.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
