Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges that impact project delivery and quality.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and timelines.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software development processes and team productivity.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Broadcom Layer 7 API Gateways.

Strong experience in designing and implementing API management solutions.

In-depth knowledge of security protocols and policies related to API gateways.

Ability to troubleshoot and optimize API performance and scalability.

Familiarity with integration patterns and middleware technologies.

Experience working within agile software development environments.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Broadcom Layer 7 API Gateways.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
