Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.

Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

Experience in developing and optimizing custom reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms within the SAP environment.

Strong understanding of database concepts and ability to work with SAP HANA database technologies.

Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.

Familiarity with debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting in SAP ABAP environments.

Experience in integrating SAP modules and working with various SAP tools and technologies.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
