Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project tasks.

Proficiency in Oracle EBS Financials.

Good To Have Skills: Financial Management.

Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Experience in designing and coding custom modules and extensions within enterprise resource planning systems.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to financial software applications.

Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration strategies within Oracle EBS environments.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS Financials.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
