Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with organizational goals.

Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Experience in developing and deploying marketing automation campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Strong knowledge of customer journey mapping and email marketing strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Ability to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other enterprise systems and data sources.

Familiarity with scripting languages and APIs relevant to Salesforce Marketing Cloud customization.

Understanding of data segmentation, personalization, and analytics within marketing platforms.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
