Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
Professional Technical Skills:

Proficiency in IBM AS/400 RPG III.

Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Experience in designing and coding modular and reusable software components.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently.

Familiarity with database management and integration techniques related to IBM AS/400 environments.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in IBM AS/400 RPG III.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
