Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.


Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP HCM Time Management.

Strong knowledge of time management processes within SAP Human Capital Management modules.

Experience in customizing and configuring SAP HCM Time Management components to meet business requirements.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to time management systems.

Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP HCM Time Management and other enterprise systems.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Time Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
