Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.


Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.

Strong knowledge of system architecture and landscape management within SAP environments.

Experience in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and system monitoring to ensure optimal operation.

Ability to manage system upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal disruption.

Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline administrative tasks.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering reliable and maintainable solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
