Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.


Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Oracle Security.

Strong knowledge of access control mechanisms and identity management within Oracle environments.

Experience in designing and implementing security policies and procedures to safeguard applications.

Familiarity with encryption technologies and secure coding practices to protect sensitive data.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues in complex software systems.

Understanding of compliance standards and their application in software security.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Security.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
