Summary:
As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software meets client requirements, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support project goals, and overseeing the implementation of solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Industry X Robotics.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies.

Experience with software configuration management tools.

Ability to analyze and optimize software performance.

Familiarity with agile project management practices.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Industry X Robotics.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
