Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.

Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Generative AI.

Experience in designing and developing AI-driven applications that integrate with existing business processes.

Strong understanding of machine learning models and their application in software engineering.

Ability to optimize AI algorithms for performance and scalability within enterprise environments.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies in the context of AI solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Generative AI.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
