Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and technical approaches.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and product performance. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Spring Boot.

Experience with Java programming and object-oriented design principles.

Familiarity with RESTful API development and microservices architecture.

Knowledge of database integration and management using SQL and NoSQL technologies.

Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
