Continuous refinement and adjustment of applications to optimize performance and usability are also key aspects of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.

Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll.

Strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance requirements within SAP HCM.

Experience in configuring and customizing SAP HCM Payroll modules to meet business needs.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll issues effectively.

Familiarity with integration of SAP HCM Payroll with other enterprise systems.

Skilled in analyzing business processes and translating them into technical specifications.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
