Collaboration and adaptability are key aspects of the daily routine, ensuring that solutions evolve in alignment with changing project needs and priorities. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables effectively. Technical Requirements:Has 4-8 years of IT experience preferably in JavaScript/NodeJS framework.Has basic UI development skills, JavaScript, NodeJS, npm and artifactory skills.Has to be good in debugging and optimizing existing codebase.Good Exposure to GIT,CICD concepts, Docker, Kubernetes and preferably has hands on experience in them.Automation experience appreciated.Has understanding of testing and willing to pick up testing as part of delivery when needed.Has Exposure and understanding of Agile Practices in Project Delivery.Non-Technical Requirements:Should have good communication skillsShould be active, motivated and driven to learn new technologies and expand skill set.Should be able to deliver independently and also be able to collaborate.Should be comfortable with Shifts if situation demands(MTP or critical MI Support).

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in JavaScript.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
