Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery of software components.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services.

Experience in designing and implementing complex reporting solutions using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services.

Strong knowledge of database querying and optimization techniques related to reporting services.

Ability to integrate reporting services with various data sources and applications.

Familiarity with report design, deployment, and maintenance in enterprise environments.

Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to reporting services performance and accuracy.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
